About the Role

As a Remote Customer Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling real-time chat conversations with customers who need help with a variety of issues, such as resetting passwords, tracking orders, and getting basic product or billing support. You'll use our state-of-the-art chat system, internal resources, and templates to guide your replies, and you'll be expected to provide friendly, helpful, and personalized support to each and every customer. This is a non-voice, no-stress role that's perfect for individuals who want to work independently and focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log in to your chat dashboard and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, helpful way
  • Manage multiple conversations at once using structured chat workflows
  • Use templates and saved replies to maintain efficiency, while still personalizing your tone
  • Look up customer information using our CRM tools
  • Flag and escalate complicated issues to the right departments
