- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding reservations, flight status, baggage inquiries, and other general inquiries.
- Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights as per their requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, aiming for first-call resolution.
- Provide information about Deltas services, policies, and procedures to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of customer requests and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
