About the Role

We are hiring 25 Personal Bankers and Business Bankers to join our growing team through our Boots to Banking Program. This is a full-time, 100% remote, commission-based role with earning potential between $65,000 and $150,000 annually based on performance. You will serve as a dedicated financial resource for veterans and military families, helping them navigate VA home loans, life insurance products, personal banking, and business lending. This is not a desk job pushing paper. This is a career built on relationships, mission, and impact. All new hires go through our 8-week hybrid training program combining self-paced online coursework with live collaborative sessions. We will prepare you to obtain all required financial services licenses including your NMLS mortgage license, state insurance license, and applicable Series exams - fully supported every step of the way.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a dedicated Personal or Business Banker for veterans, active duty military, and their families
  • Originate and process VA home loans and residential mortgages
  • Provide life insurance solutions including our Vet Life group IUL product for veterans who have previously been denied coverage
  • Offer personal banking products and commercial lending solutions to veteran-owned businesses
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships rooted in trust and mission
  • Educate clients on financial literacy, credit, and wealth-building strategies
  • Meet personal production goals while contributing to a high-performance team culture Compensation
  • Earning Range $65,000 to $150,000+ annually

  • Must be a U.S. military veteran (required - no exceptions)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to connect with the veteran community
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to assess client financial needs and deliver customized solutions
  • Commitment to completing the Boots to Banking licensing program (NMLS, state insurance license)
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven - you know how to operate without someone standing over your shoulder
  • Passion for serving and financially empowering fellow veterans and military families Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in financial services, banking, insurance, mortgage, or customer-facing sales roles
  • Familiarity with VA loan programs, military benefits, and the financial challenges veterans face
  • Existing NMLS license, insurance license (not required - we will help you get there)
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
