Ere Perez is a values-driven clean beauty brand blending performance, sustainability and natural ingredients. We’re looking for a driven and friendly Store Visitor / Field Sales Representative based in Sydney to represent Ere Perez across our growing retail network. This is a flexible, hands-on role for someone who loves beauty, connecting with people, and travel and enjoys working independently in the field. Objective The primary role of the Sales Representative is to ensure that our brand stands out in retail stores by making every store visit count. As stores are not serviced continuously, each visit, whether monthly, fortnightly, or quarterly is a critical opportunity to reinforce brand standards, support store performance, and demonstrate genuine care for both the business and the people who represent our brand daily. This role focuses on maintaining clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing brand stands while actively engaging with store staff and owners to share brand knowledge, strengthen relationships, and build trust. Strong engagement during visits is fundamental to ensuring the brand is well represented, supported, and sold between visits. As relationships and execution mature in selected stores, the Sales Representative may also plan and deliver in-store promotional activities aimed at engaging final consumers and driving conversion. The role also identifies marketing opportunities to maximise retailer communication channels and support social media collaboration. This position is essential for sustaining brand performance, staff advocacy, and sales growth through strong retail partnerships. Responsibilities 1. Stand Maintenance and Presentation
- Clean and refresh brand stands, updating backing boards and POS materials as
needed.
- Reset testers and rearrange displays to maintain a neat, attractive presentation.
- Document display changes with before-and-after photos.
2. Stock Management
- Monitor stock rotation and recommend appropriate store stock levels based on
performance.
- Propose and secure order approvals based on stock needs and sales opportunity.
- Prepare credits when required and follow internal processes.
3. Engagement and Relationship Building
- Greet and introduce yourself to store managers and staff upon arrival.
- Use each visit as a key moment to reinforce brand values, build trust, and strengthen
relationships with the people representing the brand daily.
- Actively engage store teams through tailored product education and brand training.
- Build long-term staff advocacy to ensure strong brand representation between visits.
- Gather in-store feedback to support ongoing improvements in execution and sales
performance. 4. Display and POS Oversight
- Advise on selecting appropriate stand size, type, and configuration to best showcase
the brand.
- Regularly update POS materials to align with promotions and brand standards.
- Ensure displays are positioned to maximise customer interaction and product visibility.5. In-Store Promotions & Consumer Activation
- Plan and personally deliver in-store promotional activities in selected stores where
strong foundations and relationships are established.
- Coordinate with store teams and the Ere Perez marketing team to align advertising,
objectives, approvals, and logistics.
- Activate promotions using existing in-store resources where possible, selecting high-
traffic locations to maximise consumer engagement.
- Engage directly with final consumers to educate, encourage trial, and drive conversion.
Note: In-store promotions apply only to selected stores where this activity is commercially effective. 6. Marketing & Retailer Communication
- Act as a bridge between retailers and the Ere Perez marketing team, sharing insights
on store needs, consumer behaviour, and promotional opportunities.
- Communicate retailer feedback to support the development of marketing strategies
and materials.
- Capture relevant in-store content to support brand storytelling and social media
engagement.
- Participate, on an opportunity basis, in the creation of authentic, on-brand social media
content (UGC-style), either following marketing briefs or through self-initiated ideas aligned with brand values.
- Contribute in-store content, promotions, or moments when appropriate to support
digital engagement and brand visibility.
- High-quality, reliable content contributions may lead to additional hours or ad-hoc
shifts, subject to business needs. 7. Communication and Coordination
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment of testers and
required materials.
- Manage display parts, testers, and supplies, ensuring materials are returned after
visits.
- Communicate scheduling changes promptly to ensure operational readiness.
8. Reporting and Documentation
- Provide detailed visit reports including visual documentation, stock status, and
observations.
- Maintain accurate logs of store interactions, stock adjustments, and recommendations.
- Email daily reports to the sales and warehouse manager, including before-and-after
POS images. Additional Requirements

- Excellent organisation and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- High attention to detail and strong brand discipline.
- Flexibility to travel to multiple store locations as required.
- Australian driver license required.
