Global Program Manager II, Media & Entertainment
Job Description:
- Be responsible for managing all aspects of a Media & Entertainment unique client portfolio of global account(s)
- Deliver high touch consultancy and strategy to the client
- Formulate and manage multi-national business plans with the client
- Develop Service Level Agreement for various indicators
- Create and manage budgets and financials
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision makers
- Negotiate client contract terms and manage all contractual terms
- Identify opportunities to use global technology tools and new processes
Requirements:
- Extensive travel industry experience in account management
- Experience implementing and managing large market/ global clients
- Thorough knowledge of business travel management and travel industry technology
- Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation) in English
- Experience managing cross functional work teams
- Ability to travel domestically & internationally on regular basis
