What You'll D o As a Remote Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for professionals interested in exploring business ownership and franchising. Your goal is not to sell, just to identify curiosity and schedule a short exploratory conversation with our consulting team. That's your "set. " Key Responsibilities : · Make friendly, curiosity-driven calls to professionals from qualified lead list s· Follow a proven script to engage prospects and identify their interest leve l· Schedule exploratory conversations (sets) between prospects and our consultant s· Log detailed notes on every set on our CRM in Google Sheets. · Collaborate with the team in Slack, ask questions, share wins, and support other s· Meet weekly minimums: 15 hours/week and 20 sets/week after trainin g· Attend team training and coaching sessions to continuously improv e What We're Looking Fo r You're a great fit if you : · Enjoy talking to people and don't mind cold calling (or are willing to learn )· Are self-motivated and can work remotely on your own schedul e· Are coachable and ask for help when stuc k· Have a quiet workspace, a phone, and a compute r· Reside in the US or Canada (all time zones welcome )· Are reliable, determined, consistent and disciplined · No prior sales or business ownership experience needed, just a willingness to learn and help others change their lives.
