The Role: What You'll Do
As a Conversion Chat Specialist, you will operate within our secure chatroom environment, stepping in at critical moments when our AI isn't 98% certain how to respond. Your mission: read the consumer's message, understand the context, respond with empathy and accuracy, and categorize the interaction appropriately. You'll be the human bridge that ensures every conversation feels thoughtful, articulate, and appropriately tailored to the consumer's specific situation.
Imagine a customer asks, "Where are my ID Cards?" This isn't just a simple FAQ lookup; it's the beginning of a service-based dialogue specific to that individual's needs. Your job is to provide guidance that is relevant, compliant, and human, whether by selecting a tailored pre-written response or crafting a personalized reply on the spot.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound chat messages in less than 30 seconds, using point-and-click canned responses for frequently asked questions while crafting custom replies when necessary.
- Create ad-hoc responses that are contextually relevant, appropriately empathetic, and compliant with industry-specific regulations and vertical requirements.
- Escalate complex or sensitive conversations to team leadership when appropriate judgment requires additional support.
- Document emerging frequently asked questions and contribute to a continually improving knowledge base.
- Refine and expand existing canned response libraries to increase relevancy, accuracy, and tone.
- Maintain a response accuracy rate of 98% or higher, with work subject to random audits and quality assurance reviews.
- Achieve and sustain a productivity rate of 60 replies per hour during working hours.
- Contribute feedback that helps train and improve arenaflex's natural language processing model.
- Take on additional projects and special assignments as needed to support team and company objectives.

- Demonstrated experience writing responses to consumers in a real-time, chat-based environment.
- Familiarity with regulated verticals such as automobile insurance, health insurance, and prescription drug plans.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering standard of excellence in every interaction.
- Advanced typing skills with comfort and fluency on a computer; no hunt-and-peck allowed.
- Strong grammatical, spelling, and logical reasoning skills; every free-typed response must be grammar-checked and spell-checked before submission.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor in all interactions, both internal and customer-facing.
- Reliability and responsibility in adhering to a designated schedule.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection with strong Wi-Fi coverage.
