[Remote] Adobe Workfront Consultant - W2 Only

Nasscomm is seeking an Adobe Workfront Consultant to assist stakeholders in defining solution requirements and developing business processes. The role involves managing the backlog of work, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to global standards and compliance with the Workfront platform governance.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with stakeholders to identify needs, define solution requirements, develop business processes, and craft the roadmap within Workfront and Workfront Planning
  • Prioritize and manage the backlog of work; participate in Workfront Planning core team meetings to define goals, set priorities, and help manage delivery
  • Work with the DX Data & Technology program management team to develop templates, processes, reports, and dashboards to effectively manage and report out on delivery status of the portfolio
  • Partner with Adobe Workfront governance team to coordinate the development, testing, implementation, and roll-out of new capabilities
  • Stay abreast of customer success on the workflows and provide consulting and/or configuration required to provide expected value
  • Support for solution adherence to global standards and compliance with established Workfront platform governance
  • Review upcoming product release functionality and determine where it can be incorporated to mature current processes
  • Be the voice of the stakeholders, advocating on behalf of the organization within the larger Enterprise Workfront administrative framework
  • Work with cross-functional partners to drive consensus across teams and advocate solutions that balance the needs of our users with our business goals
  • Partner with global teams to collaborate on common processes, where applicable
  • Develop key performance metrics and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor project and operational health

Skills
