[Remote] Senior Account Director, PR & Broadcast Services

They are seeking a Senior Account Director for their PR & Broadcast Services team to drive new business development, manage the sales cycle, and build client relationships to generate recurring revenue.
Responsibilities
- You’ll own new business development for the PR & Broadcast Services group — identifying and pursuing new clients, managing the full sales cycle, and building relationships that generate recurring revenue
- You’ll work directly with a team of journalists, producers, PR strategists, and media relations specialists who execute the work once it’s sold
Skills
- 5+ years of business development experience in PR services, broadcast media, or a closely related field
- An active network of decision-makers at PR agencies, brand communications teams, or national nonprofit organizations
- Familiarity with earned media strategies — you understand what good campaign execution looks like, even if you're not the one producing it
- A track record of opening new accounts and closing five- and six-figure engagements
- Comfort running your own pipeline, presenting to senior clients, and following through to close
- Proficiency with CRM tools and strong written and verbal communication
- Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong team and individual player
- Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature
- High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results
- Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention
- Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues
