[Remote] Sr. Analyst, Business Intelligence & Commercial Data

They are seeking a Business Intelligence & Cross Reference/Database Analyst to drive advanced data analytics, reporting, and contract management to support data-driven decisions across sales and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time sales, pricing, and performance insights
  • Convert complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business strategy
  • Deliver accurate, executive-level (C-suite) reporting
  • Manage monthly and ad hoc reporting cycles (validation, analysis, delivery)
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps through data analysis
  • Ensure data integrity and improve processes through automation and standardization
  • Manage and analyze large datasets for reporting and forecasting
  • Develop scalable tools and templates to improve efficiency
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis (SQL, Oracle preferred)
  • Build executive-level dashboards with strong UX and end-to-end solutions
  • Support rebate reporting, PAM, and pricing analysis
  • Provide insights to drive sales strategies and growth initiatives
  • Create tools and reports to improve decision-making at all levels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on metrics, reporting standards, and priorities

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or contract management
  • Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle preferred)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to interpret complex data
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and executive audiences
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple reporting priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborative team player with cross-functional engagement experience
  • Limited travel required (
