Must have experience with Desktop Support, End-User Support, and Help Desk troubleshooting in enterprise environments.Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, and Hybrid AD administration.Experience supporting VPN connectivity, Meraki firewalls, Barracuda email security, and Microsoft Admin Center environments.Proficient in hardware/software installation, desktop and laptop troubleshooting, printer support, and system upgrades.POSITION OVERVIEWSeeking an experienced IT Support / Desktop Support professional with strong hands‑on expertise in end‑user support, desktop troubleshooting, IT infrastructure support, and Microsoft enterprise environments.
