Network Analyst (Documentation & Reporting)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain network documentation including diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, and configuration records
  • Create and manage knowledge base articles for common issues and resolutions
  • Generate reports on network performance: latency, uptime, packet loss, bandwidth
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards: MTTD, MTTR, incident trends
  • Analyze network data to identify patterns and recurring issues
  • Track network health across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN environments
  • Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure reporting accuracy and documentation standards
