Network Analyst (Documentation & Reporting)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain network documentation including diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, and configuration records
- Create and manage knowledge base articles for common issues and resolutions
- Generate reports on network performance: latency, uptime, packet loss, bandwidth
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards: MTTD, MTTR, incident trends
- Analyze network data to identify patterns and recurring issues
- Track network health across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN environments
- Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings
- Collaborate with teams to ensure reporting accuracy and documentation standards
