This is the job We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in release management, backlog management, and Scrum Master practices to join our team part-time. There is also an opportunity to take on an additional short-term Project Manager assignment for a few months, combining into a full-time role. This is you Experience in release management, backlog management, and working as a Scrum Master Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and facilitating team ceremonies Ability to plan and execute releases (release-by-feature) in line with business and compliance requirements Experience in backlog prioritization and coordinating dependencies across teams Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with enterprise-level stakeholders Proactive approach to removing impediments and driving continuous process improvement This is your role Plan and execute releases using a release-by-feature strategy, aligned with business and compliance requirements Facilitate Scrum/Kanban ceremonies (Daily Standup, Release Planning, Review, Retro) in a hybrid agile setup Manage and prioritize backlog, balancing sprint cadence with incoming demand flow Coordinate dependencies and scale governance/compliance checks based on demand size and business area Liaise between delivery team and business/enterprise stakeholders on release scope, timing, and risk Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement of team ceremonies and release flow At Avenga, everyone matters.
