Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to gamers through chat and ticket support
  • Self-schedule 20 hours per week, with 7 hours on weekends
  • Solve problems quickly and efficiently for customers
  • Adapt to changes and navigate complexities in customer interactions

  • At least 16 GB of RAM
  • One of the following processors (or newer): Intel: 13th Generation Intel Core, Intel Core Ultra; AMD: Ryzen 7000 Series or Ryzen 8000 Series
  • Dual monitors
  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection
  • A high-quality headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for handling calls
  • Willingness to install ModSquad security software and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on both your computer and mobile device
