[Remote] Lead, Advanced Analytics, Acquisition

They are seeking a Lead, Advanced Analytics, Acquisition to support the acquisition of new Hosts and drive business growth through advanced data analysis and strategic insights.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate closely with business teams, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions
- Define new metrics and identify leading indicators of key business outcomes
- Build dashboards to track key performance metrics across markets and customer segments to establish benchmarks
- Conduct A/B tests to improve business performance and maximize incrementality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Finance, Data and Analytical Engineering, and Data Science, to align strategies and leverage synergies
Skills
- 8+ years of industry experience with a degree (Masters or PhD is a plus) in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research)
- Prior experience in advanced analytics or business data science within a marketplace or business strategy setting
- Deep understanding of econometric and statistical analysis, and experience in applying these skills to derive insights from broad data sets
- Strong expertise in at least one programming language (Python or R) and SQL
- Experience with AI-assisted analytics (Claude, ChatGPT, etc)
- Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to make informed judgments
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders and conveying complex concepts in an accessible manner
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions
- An agile, growth-minded approach, demonstrated through a history of driving projects from ideation to impact
