Touchpoints is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst (Configuration Developer) to analyze business requirements and configure Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions. The role involves developing and maintaining workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to create low-code solutions, and utilizing Azure DevOps for project management.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and configure Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions using Dataverse tables, forms, views, and business rules
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and model-driven app configurations to support business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into low-code solutions while following Power Platform governance best practices
- Utilize Azure DevOps for user story management, testing, and release coordination
Skills
- Analyze business requirements and configure Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions using Dataverse tables, forms, views, and business rules
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and model-driven app configurations to support business processes
