[Remote] Insurance Sales Representative

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will connect with customers nationwide, guiding them through life insurance options and delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound from warm leads — no cold calling!
- Guide customers through life insurance options using a consultative, customer-first approach
- Match customers with the best coverage to meet their needs and goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving personal and team sales targets
- Assist with service calls to support customer needs and reduce volume during peak times
Skills
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
- 3+ years of sales experience — ideally in insurance, call center, or financial services
- Life Insurance sales experience
- Customer Service experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated by earning potential (uncapped commissions!)
- Proven ability to follow structured sales processes and maintain compliance
- Tech-savvy and comfortable multi-tasking in a virtual environment
- Able to work variable shifts
