[Remote] NSX Architect - Telco
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Entelligence is a company that helps leading technology companies scale smarter and grow faster through their unique Ensourcing model. They are seeking an NSX Architect to architect and deliver VMware NSX solutions to Telco customers, acting as a trusted advisor and architectural lead.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of VMware NSX components in telco environments
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable NSX architectures
- Develop high-level design documentation and provide architectural oversight throughout delivery
- Provide expert-level guidance on network performance optimization, scalability, lifecycle management, and operational best practices
- Operate under the client’s brand and processes, delivering seamless, white-labeled consulting services
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with client teams
Skills
- Active or recent VMware certification in one or more of the following: VCP-VCF, VCP-DCV, VCP-NV, or related track (NSX experience required)
- Proven experience architecting and delivering NSX solutions at enterprise scale
- Deep understanding of networking, software-defined networking (SDN), and telco cloud architecture principles
- Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead complex technical initiatives
- Advanced VMware certifications (e.g., VCAP Design/Deploy, NSX Specialist)
- Experience with: VCF Automation & Operations, Advanced Network Services (vDefend), AVI Load Balancing, Private AI Foundation, Live Recovery, Network Observability, Tanzu Technologies
- Agile methodology experience or certification
- Additional industry certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.)
