[Remote] Strategic Planning Lead Consultant - Remote

They are seeking a Strategic Planning Lead Consultant who will help shape and deliver enterprise priorities by aligning business and technology teams, managing dependencies, and enhancing decision-making through effective communication and the use of emerging technologies like AI.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategy into action: Translate enterprise priorities into clear plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes that advance business objectives
- Accelerate alignment and decisions: Bring together cross-functional stakeholders, frame trade-offs, and move teams from discussion to decision
- Manage complexity at scale: Identify and coordinate dependencies, proactively surface risks, and drive mitigation strategies
- Strengthen execution discipline: Establish governance, tracking, and accountability mechanisms that bring transparency to progress and outcomes
- Enable clarity through communication: Synthesize complex information into clear, concise narratives that align stakeholders and support decisions
- Leverage AI to enhance impact: Use AI and modern tools to streamline workflows, generate insights, and improve speed, quality, and effectiveness of day-to-day work
- Influence across teams: Build strong relationships and align leaders through data-driven storytelling, structured problem-solving, and effective facilitation
- Engage senior leadership: Provide sharp, outcome-focused updates and insights that inform direction, unblock decisions, and shape results
Skills
- 5 or more years of experience with strategic planning, product coordination or product management
- Strong knowledge of digital programs at an enterprise level
- Experience working within large, complex organizational environments
- Strong proficiency with Agile tools, including Jira, Confluence, Digital.ai, or comparable technologies
- Experience leveraging AI to drive productivity and optimize processes
- Background or familiarity with the financial services and insurance industry
