[Remote] Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a cross-functional team responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality technology solutions while overseeing the integration of custom applications and enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a cross-functional engineering team across software, platform, and integration disciplines
- Own planning, prioritization, and delivery of engineering initiatives across applications and enterprise systems
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into cohesive technical solutions
- Oversee the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and well-tested systems
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, including CI/CD, DevOps practices, and secure development
- Ensure reliable integrations across internal and third-party systems using API-driven architectures
- Manage sprint planning, resource allocation, and release governance
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching and career development planning
- Promote cross-training, documentation, and shared ownership to reduce risk
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance performance and scalability
Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives
- Experience with modern development methodologies (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps) and proficiency in one or more programming languages
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, workflow automation tools, and API-driven integrations
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and scalable architecture principles
- Experience leading engineering teams across both application development and platform environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
