• Maintain updated knowledge of Gigspire Airlines’ policies, services, and promotions.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Attributes:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
