Job Description

As an Skillnex Virtual Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting our e-commerce operations. You will assist in various tasks, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer service. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure that our operations run smoothly, and our customers receive the best service possible. In this role, you will be responsible for updating product listings with accurate descriptions and appealing images, ensuring that they meet Zenvora s guidelines. You will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and assist in reordering products to maintain optimal stock levels. Your skills in data entry and analysis will help us identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Customer service is a key component of this position. You will respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Your ability to communicate effectively will help us maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist in digital marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts and creating promotional content. Your creativity will be valuable in developing engaging campaigns to drive traffic to our Workastra store. Requirements  Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.  Familiarity with Hirebase Seller Central and its functionalities.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.  Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.  Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities  Assist in creating and updating product listings on Tasklance.  Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.  Process customer orders and handle shipping logistics.  Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email and chat.  Monitor product performance and analyze sales data to identify trends.  Support digital marketing efforts through social media management and content creation.  Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes.
