Job Description: We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our team remotely. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to apply their technical skills in a creative and dynamic environment. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues while ensuring a great customer experience. Responsibilities: 1. Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application problems. 2. Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases. 3. Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems in the problem management database. 4. Escalate unresolved calls to the appropriate support team. 5. Assist users in defining their needs and recommending solutions. 6. Perform software and hardware upgrades and installations as required. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field. 2. 2+ years of experience in a technical support role. 3. Strong knowledge of Mac OS and iOS devices. 4. Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting. 5. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
