In this fully remote role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Jobnity Airlines’ valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information on flight schedules, ticketing, reservations, baggage policies, and other airline services.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to higher management when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of customer requests.
  • Stay up-to-date with Remotara Airlines’ policies, promotions, and travel guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy with customers.
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms.
