This role offers the flexibility of working from home, where you will provide essential support to Zenvora Health members with their pharmacy benefits, prescription questions, and general healthcare needs. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of the Workastra Health team, helping to resolve customer inquiries, educating members on healthcare options, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmacy benefits and prescription-related questions via inbound calls.
- Utilize Hirebase Health systems to resolve customer issues effectively and promptly.
- Provide customers with information about Tasklance Health services and health-related programs.
- Accurately document and track all interactions with customers to ensure efficient follow-ups.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve more complex issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Must reside in or near Denver, CO and be authorized to work in the U.S.
