- Provide outstanding customer assistance by understanding needs, demonstrating empathy, and resolving issues effectively.
- Create a positive customer experience with a warm greeting and proactive assistance.
- Accurately handle transactions, including cash, checks, and credit/debit card payments.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and managing inventory.
- Support store opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Assist with all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring supplies are readily available.
- Support pharmacy staff when required, with flexible scheduling options.
- Promote new Skillora services and wellness programs.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs.
- Good visual acuity for tasks such as reading and detail work.
