  • Formação/escolaridade: ensino médio e/ou técnico na área Informática/Ti e/ou similares;
  • Conhecimentos/aptidões: experiência na função, conhecimento informática, TI, suporte técnico, Help desk, atendimento ao cliente remoto;
  • Perfil dinâmico, bom relacionamento interpessoal, pró-atividade e comprometimento.
