Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist at Skillnex Airlines, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our data systems. Your attention to detail will ensure that our information is accurate and up-to-date, contributing to the efficient operation of our airline services. This position requires a high level of organization, commitment, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Input and update data into various systems with a high degree of accuracy. Verify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity. Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed. Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for data entry. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience in data entry or a related field. Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data management software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Educational Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate s or Bachelor s degree preferred. Additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
