Role: Part-Time to Full-Time Remote QuickBooks Accountant and Marketing Coordinator Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QuickBooks Accountant and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily bookkeeping functions, new vendor onboarding, client invoice/billing, salesperson commission processing, continuous auditing and... reconciliation of our accounting system, and filing quarterly business taxes. Additionally, the role involves graphic design tasks such as creating marketing brochures and implementing logo changes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting the overall accuracy of how we do business. Eligible: Yes Accounting Responsibilities: Daily Bookkeeping: Record and classify financial transactions in QuickBooks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. New Vendor Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with vendor management procedures. Client Invoice/Billing: Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner. Track and follow up on outstanding payments. Salesperson Commissions: Calculate and process salesperson commissions accurately. Maintain commission records and provide regular reports. Audit and Reconciliation: Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and accounts. Reconcile discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial reports. Quarterly Business Tax Filings: Prepare and file quarterly business tax returns. Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements. Set up Out-of-State Tax Accounts: Register for required state tax accounts numbers to allow Dayfoxx Resources to operate in a particular state. Store all tax account numbers and complete necessary fields in QuickBooks. Marketing Responsibilities: Graphic Design Create marketing brochures and promotional materials for the internal sales team. Implement logo changes and ensure brand consistency. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field highly preferred. • Proven experience and proficiency with QuickBooks is mandatory. • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. • Knowledge of tax regulations and experience in filing business taxes. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in graphic design tools for creation of marketing materials • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • CPA or relevant professional certification. • Previous experience in a similar role. • Familiarity with industry-specific accounting requirements Apply Job!
