[Remote] Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Radiant Digital is a company that provides IT solutions and consulting services, particularly to government agencies and businesses. They are seeking a Product Manager to lead healthcare technology and Electronic Health Record (EHR) initiatives, working closely with various stakeholders to support enterprise healthcare systems and ensure successful implementation and integration processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of Steering Committee and core project teams
- Act as the assigned technical lead on project initiatives
- Coordinate with DVHA, ADS, AOE, LEAs, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues
- Support SMEs, EHR IT Analysts, and EHR Implementation Leads
- Oversee data migration and integration/interfaces between EHR systems and other platforms
- Participate in Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid project methodologies
- Provide technical risk analysis, sizing, and solution recommendations
- Support infrastructure, platform, and release management decisions
- Ensure quality delivery of technical solutions and implementation processes
- Coach technical teams and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Identify and manage technical debt, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Partner with vendors and business leads to monitor project and vendor performance
- Assist in documentation, training materials, and organizational support activities
- Support continuous process improvements and retrospective activities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field
- 8–10+ years of Product Management or Technical Leadership experience
- Experience with Healthcare Technology and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise application delivery
- Hands-on experience in Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid environments
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability and system integration practices
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and enterprise applications
- Understanding of HIPAA, security, privacy, and compliance standards
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with government or public sector healthcare projects preferred
- Microsoft Azure experience
- Azure DevOps experience
- Medicaid or healthcare program experience
- Vendor management and release management expertise
