[Remote] Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, collaborating with clients and utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
Responsibilities
- Understand hiring needs of clients for various technical positions
- Prepare precise and clear job descriptions, advertise, screen and shortlist resumes, schedule interview and manage candidates throughout hiring process
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
- Maintain a database of candidate records, candidate relationships and perform data analysis
- Regular Monitoring and reporting
- Promote companyโs reputation as a great place to work
Skills
- B.E. / B.Tech/ B.Sc/ BCA with IT background
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's in IT or relevant degree and PGD in HR Management
- Knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
- Prior experience of recruitment and working knowledge of ATS
- Good understanding of HR terms and policies
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Project management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and anticipate next steps or needs
- Work effectively both independently and as a team
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
- Negotiation skills
