What You Will Do

Lead a high-performing engineering team of developers, administrators, and analysts to build scalable healthcare solutions on the Salesforce platform. Partner with product and architecture teams to design technical solutions that balance clinical user needs with platform best practices. Direct the release management lifecycle and deployment pipeline to ensure stable, on-schedule production updates with minimal business disruption. Mentor team members through regular coaching, performance reviews, and career development paths to foster a culture of technical excellence. Solve complex production support and integration challenges to maintain maximum system uptime and platform performance. What You Will Need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences Seven years of professional software development experience, including two years of direct team leadership or management experience. Enterprise-level configuration and programmatic development experience specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.
