Remotica Air Lines is seeking Remote Customer Support Specialists to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey with Skillnex.   • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Assist customers with booking reservations, managing existing bookings, and providing flight information
  • Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zenvora policies, procedures, and services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

Experience:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not required
  • Training will be provided to successful candidates

Working Hours:

  • Flexible scheduling, including full-time and part-time positions available
  • Rotating shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
