- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Assist customers with booking reservations, managing existing bookings, and providing flight information
- Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to exceed expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zenvora policies, procedures, and services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Experience:
- Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not required
- Training will be provided to successful candidates
Working Hours:
- Flexible scheduling, including full-time and part-time positions available
- Rotating shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
