Role Overview As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking information about their shipments, including tracking, delivery status, billing, and general FedEx services. Your primary task is to provide accurate and timely support, ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, helping with shipment tracking, delivery issues, and billing inquiries.
- Utilize FedEx’s internal systems to manage customer queries and resolve issues.
- Document all customer interactions to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
- Handle complaints and issues that may arise during the course of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all customer needs are met in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Must reside in or near Omaha, NE, and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional tone.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
