Key Responsibilities

As our Online Customer Chat Specialist, you'll serve as a vital communication bridge between arenaflex and the community members we serve. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries through various digital channels in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Providing accurate, helpful information about arenaflex's services, programs, and resources
  • Solving customer problems and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes and satisfaction
  • Effectively upselling and cross-promoting arenaflex's products and services when appropriate
  • Meticulously tracking and documenting all customer interactions for quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent messaging and service standards

Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll need to bring a combination of education, experience, and personal attributes:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in communications, social work, or related field is a plus)
  • Proven experience in customer support, with preference for digital communication experience
