This is a full-time teleworker opportunity in Oklahoma. Position Summary The Senior Manager, Vendor Management is a fulltime teleworker opportunity in Oklahoma. This position supports the Gigentra Better Health of Oklahoma health plan by overseeing the performance of subcontractors serving Talexion Medicaid members throughout the state. Travel to the OK Oklahoma City office is required, based on business needs. Oversees the performance of subcontractors serving Flexnity Medicaid members throughout the state and Joblora Better Health of Oklahoma business operations. Develops and maintains strong relationships with subcontractor leadership teams and managers, ensuring that contractual requirements are met or exceeded Ensures appropriate prioritization of State and Plan inquiries to ensure exceptional customer services is provided to our members and providers Recommends appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs. Responsible for all aspects of project/program management, such as planning, coordination, development, and implementation; including the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources and time. Certifies the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Interacts directly with government officials and advises of project status. Reviews claims/encounters and completes projects as appropriate. Interprets claims guidance and/or policies and is responsible for success implementation. Supports and assists with additional operational activities, as needed. Oversees data exchange and reporting. Manages relationships across departments or multiple functional areas

Required Qualifications

Must reside in Oklahoma 3-5 years of relationship management experience 3-5 project/program management experience 2+ years demonstrated proficiency with personal computer, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Quickbase, Asana, etc.) Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel in-state up to 10% of the time. Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy. Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years Medicaid experience, preferred Advanced knowledge of Excel and Pivot Tables. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Claims processing experience. Education Minimum Associate s degree or equivalent experience. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $117,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a Remotexa Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
