Key Responsibilities
Manage programs for various team members, ensure timely appointments and meetings. Handle email correspondence and manage inboxes, filter and prioritize messages. Arrange the documents and maintain an accurate record for teams and departments. Help prepare reports, presentations and OT Skills and qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle several tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written). Tech-service with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication platforms. The ability to work independently and complete the deadline with minimal supervision. Pay attention to expansion and problem-solving capabilities. A positive attitude and desire to learn.
