Remote Inbound Lead Associate
About the Role
We're looking for thoughtful communicators to join a remote team that helps families review options and plan for what matters most to them. You'll be reaching out to people who've already requested information, walking them through what's available, and helping them decide whether to move forward. Conversations are guided and supportive - not scripted or high-pressure. This position fits someone who's genuinely good with people on the phone and ready to learn an industry from the ground up. Many of our team members joined from different backgrounds with transferrable skills. What carries over is patience, clear communication, and follow-through. What You'll Be Doing · Reaching out to individuals who recently submitted a request for information · Walking through available options using guided resources and a simple intake process · Answering questions in plain language and helping people compare what's available · Submitting applications electronically and following them through to approval · Documenting each conversation and scheduling appropriate follow-ups · Coordinating with a remote support team through daily and weekly check-ins Who This Tends to Work Well For · Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone making outbound calls to warm leads · Naturally patient - you let people take their time without rushing them · Organized and dependable when working independently · Open to coaching and willing to apply feedback · Curious about people and what they actually need · No prior industry experience needed What's Provided · Inbound leads from people who've already requested information · Structured onboarding with guided practice before you take live calls · Ongoing weekly team coaching and access to senior team members · Group health, dental, and vision plan options · A clear progression path based on performance What You'll Need · A quiet workspace suitable for client calls · Willingness to complete the training and onboarding course Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits:
