Technical Drafter (Remote Working Role)

Technical Drafter - AutoCAD & Revit | Commercial Architecture & Interior Design Location Remote working, preferably based on the East Coast of the United States (Must be based in the United States) Working Style Full-time, Remote working style (Eastern time zone) This role is centered on the accurate production and coordination of construction documentation for residential and multifamily projects. The Technical Drafter will support project teams by developing detailed drawing sets, maintaining documentation standards, and ensuring alignment with construction requirements. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong proficiency in drafting software and a solid understanding of construction documentation and building systems. Key role impacts

• Work alongside Design and Creative Directors and Designers on a daily basis to produce and maintain schedule formats to include detailed drawings for model home design and multifamily interiors
• Attend meetings and collaborate with team members to meet and complete project deadlines
• Assist Designers when needed with the organization of documentation and records during project collaboration
• Maintain current company drafting standards in the production of finish schedules and construction drawings Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture preferred
• 2 to 3 years of experience with Architectural and design drafting
• Experience with Model Home and Multifamily Design
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and materials This position plays a critical role in the execution of projects by ensuring documentation accuracy and consistency across all phases.
