Remote Solar & Home Battery Backup Appointment Setter – $20–$30 per Appt + $1K per Sale Bonus Job Overview We schedule consultations for homeowners in AZ, TX, CO, IL and FL. Our primary focus is whole home battery backup solutions for existing solar homeowners — one of the fastest growing and least saturated segments in the home energy market. This is a performance-based remote role for individuals comfortable speaking with homeowners and earning based on results rather than hourly pay. We are hiring Remote Appointment Setters to speak with homeowners and schedule qualified consultations for our sales team. This is a work-from-home position where you will communicate with homeowners by phone, text, and messaging to set appointments. You are not responsible for selling or closing deals. Your role is simply to start conversations, qualify homeowners, and schedule appointments for our consultants. Lead Type (Inbound + Outbound)

• You will handle both inbound inquiries and outbound follow-up
• Leads are existing solar homeowners being introduced to whole home battery backup solutions
• Your job is to respond quickly, re-engage, qualify homeowners, and schedule consultations
• No closing — appointments only

Example Earnings 5 completed appointments per week = $100–$150 weekly Over a month (about 20 completed appointments): Setter earnings from appointments = $400–$600 If approximately 5–6 of those appointments result in completed solar or battery backup sales: 5–6 sales × $1,000 per sale bonus = $5,000–$6,000 bonus Potential monthly earnings: $5,400–$6,600+ No cap on earnings.

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners who have expressed interest in solar or battery backup
• Qualify interest and schedule appointments with our consultants
• Follow a simple script and appointment guidelines
• Communicate with homeowners via phone, text, and messaging
• Log appointments and notes accurately
• Represent the company professionally in all communication

Compensation

• $20–$30 per qualified and completed appointment (homeowner attends)
• Appointments are paid weekly
• $1,000 per sale bonus for each appointment that results in a completed sale (paid once the system installs)
• No cap on earnings
