Inside Sales / Listing Specialist (Remote) Company Simply List Now Location 100% Remote I Serving multiple markets FL, NC, SC, GA, AL, TX, PA, OH, KY, TN + expansion states A Sister Company of Home Offer 365 Simply List Now is the listing-focused division of Home Offer 365. We generate and receive a high volume of inbound seller leads nationwide, with approximately 80% of leads being retail homeowners who need to be converted into listing opportunities. We are expanding across multiple states and are looking for a high-performance Inside Sales / Listing Specialist who can take ownership of inbound conversion, drive results, and grow into a leadership role as the department scales. This is not a “just answer the phone” role—this is a performance-driven opportunity with a clear path into leadership and team management. Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of inside sales, phone sales, or appointment setting experience (preferred)
- Real estate experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable being held accountable to metrics and performance
- Coachable, competitive, and consistent

- 8–9 hour shifts (EST)

What You Will Do
- Handle inbound seller leads and convert them into listing appointments
- Spend 80–90% of your time on the phone speaking with homeowners
- Build trust, handle objections, and guide sellers through listing decisions
- Follow proven scripts, systems, and CRM workflows
- Manage pipeline, follow-up, and appointment setting
- Consistently hit conversion and activity KPIs
- Participate in coaching, training, and roleplay sessions
