Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments with clients who have expressed interest in insurance coverage via phone or text. Conduct meetings with clients either virtually or in-person to present tailored insurance options. Adhere to a proven sales process and system to guide clients in selecting appropriate products for their needs. Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. Deliver exceptional service and contribute to a supportive atmosphere for both clients and colleagues. Required Skills Strong communication abilities with a genuine commitment to helping others. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of managing time effectively. Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent listening skills and willingness to learn and accept guidance.
Qualifications
Must possess or be able to quickly obtain a Life and/or Health Insurance Producer License. U.S. residency and reliable transportation are required. A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
