Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Job Title: Senior Tax Accountant (Or Tax Manager) Location: Open to remote Salary: $110k-$170k DOE + bonuses, PTO, comprehensive benefits and 401k Requirements: 5+ years of Public Tax and Accounting Experience. Must have either EA or CPA Based in Eastern Washington but hiring fully remote, we are a leading accounting firm that specializes in strategic tax preparation for both individuals and businesses. Beyond tax preparation, we offer a comprehensive suite of accounting services, including bookkeeping, payroll, business consulting, and financial statement preparation. Our expertise spans various market segments, from agriculture to healthcare. Given recent organic growth, we are looking to add to our team and open to hiring at the Senior Tax Associate/ Tax Manager . We would prefer candidates that are Tri-Cities area, but are open to hiring remotely throughout the US. Offering $110k - $170k + Bonus 4+ Weeks of PTO Comprehensive Benefits 401k Work-life balance! Our team does not work more than 50-55 hrs/week during tax season, and we work 40 hrs during the off-season Open to fully remote!
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tax preparation and planning. Profit-based bonuses and annual raises! Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws.
Responsibilities
As a Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in our tax department, working closely with clients and team members to provide comprehensive tax services.
