Business Development Representative (BDR) – Inside Sales | Uncapped Commission ESI, a Crexendo company, is hiring a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business opportunities for our innovative cloud communication solutions. If you thrive in cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline building, and want a role where performance directly impacts your earnings, this is the opportunity for you. This position is ideal for driven sales professionals who want to sharpen their prospecting skills and work in a competitive environment. What You’ll Do

  • Make 60–70 outbound calls daily to generate new opportunities
  • Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for Sales Product Specialists
  • Communicate the value of ESI’s cloud communication and business phone solutions
  • Overcome objections and deliver compelling sales conversations
  • Track calls, opportunities, and pipeline activity in the CRM (HubSpot or similar)
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and performance targets
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from both inbound marketing leads and self-generated outreach

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience (BDR, lead genertaion, or telemarketing)
  • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
  • Confident communicator who can engage decision-makers
  • Highly competitive, goal-driven, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working in a high-activity sales environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, and business productivity tools

Physical Requirements

  • Clear and professional phone presence

  • Ability to spend 6+ hours per day on outbound calling while working on a computer
