Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end execution of the Customer Insight Center roadmap, ensuring high‑quality, timely data entry and analysis for internal stakeholders.
  • Define and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization framework, and operating procedures for the Customer Insight Center, aligning cross‑functional teams around shared goals.
  • Design and maintain scalable tools and processes that meet the security and compliance requirements of internal teams handling sensitive customer information.
  • Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in customer digital behavior, analytics, data privacy, and security, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, arenaflex Interface, Data Journeys, arenaflex+, and Marketing teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer insight solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and privacy.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by providing actionable insights, recommending enhancements, and supporting the rollout of new analytics capabilities.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or customer insight roles, preferably within a large‑scale retail or e‑commerce environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results on time.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for safeguarding customer information.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and experience building dashboards for executive audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language.
