Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused Remote Retail Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Greet customers virtually, assess their unique needs, and recommend tailored arenaflex solutions for printing, signage, and shipping.
  • Order Management: Accurately capture orders using our proprietary order‑entry system, generate precise pricing quotes, and track shipments to completion.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of arenaflex’s full suite of services, including digital printing, large‑format signage, packaging, and logistics.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring timely resolution that exceeds expectations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Prepare packages for shipment, apply proper labeling, weigh parcels, and arrange for pickup or delivery.
  • Equipment Oversight: Operate and troubleshoot remote printing and finishing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
