Remote Childcare Specialist - Early Childhood Education

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a team of remote specialists to design and refine curriculum and program offerings. Utilize various digital tools and platforms to facilitate interactive learning experiences. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing constructive feedback to parents. Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and any concerns. Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions conducted remotely. Stay informed about best practices and advancements in early childhood education and remote learning. Communicate effectively and empathetically with children, parents, and colleagues. Troubleshoot technical issues related to virtual sessions to ensure smooth delivery. Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive remote learning community.
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. 2+ years of experience working directly with young children in a childcare or educational setting. Demonstrated understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate learning methodologies. Proficiency with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and online learning platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage children and adults effectively. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's growth. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace are required. Background checks and fingerprinting will be conducted.
