Lead Analyst-Forsyth Health - Remote
The Lead Analyst will play a key role in managing and overseeing the client data delivery process, ensuring that all deliverables consistently meet defined client requirements while adhering to established quality standards and timelines. Responsibilities: Deliver accurate and complete data for client deliverables. Ensure timely delivery of data in line with agreed schedules. Perform initial root cause and quality control analyses to identify and assess issues in deliverables. Develop and maintain ongoing data surveillance processes to monitor recurring deliveries. Support new client onboarding by defining data delivery formats and schedules. Establish appropriate data delivery methods (e.g., Databricks to Databricks, Databricks to other platforms, Snowflake) based on client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to obtain approval for sharing non-PHI data and selecting delivery methods. Partner with clients to validate, troubleshoot and ensure successful test data sharing. Build and maintain Databricks dashboards to support client delivery needs. Build, test (QA/UAT), and deploy code in Databricks and Snowflake environments. Troubleshoot data delivery issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them. Work with Forsyth teams to address questions and provide clarity on data. Provide release notes to internal teams. Identify and implement optimizations in current processes. Support quarterly product releases, including developing new processes to accommodate new data or structural changes to existing client delivery datasets. Qualifications: At least 2 plus years of healthcare analytics experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required. Effectively communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment; operates well with ambiguity. Proficiency in data manipulation tools (SQL, Python) and data warehousing (Databricks). Snowflake knowledge a plus. Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,000 - 131,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
