Job Description

Our team is seeking a curious, data-driven HR Analyst passionate about process optimization and excited by the potential of AI and automation to transform how HR operates. In this role, you will not only partner with stakeholders and HRBPs to support a variety of existing HR activities, but you will also have a key role in driving changes that will increase the team’s efficiency and productivity such as bringing new ideas, experimenting with tools, and helping the team become more data-driven and AI-fluent. What you’ll be doing Leverage data to analyze workforce trends, uncover insights, and inform HR and business strategies Design, build, and continuously improve dynamic dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to deliver real-time visibility into key metrics such as turnover, headcount, engagement, and diversity Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and themes for HR Business Partners and stakeholders Respond to data requests while proactively identifying opportunities to deliver deeper, predictive, or automated insights Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to adopt and scale modern HR analytics and AI-driven capabilities Identify and implement process improvements by leveraging automation and AI tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual work Champion a data-driven and AI-fluent culture within the HR team by exploring new tools, testing ideas, and sharing best practices Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including analyzing exit data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

What your background looks like An undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Development or Effectiveness preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience 2+ years related experience within a range of HR disciplines Experience working with data, metrics, reporting, and visualization tools (Power BI strongly preferred) Proven expertise in Excel, being able to create and consolidate data, pivot tables, build dashboards and automated templates. Curiosity and a growth mindset with a strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies Demonstrated ability to experiment with new tools and approaches to solve problems and improve processes Demonstrates strong ability to prioritize competing requests, aligning work to urgency and business impact while ensuring timely follow-through Ensures data accuracy, and appropriate handling of sensitive employee information, in line with company policies and standards Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management, and partner extremely well with others to get work done with and through others Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality Additional Information Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
