Job Description

Inside Sales Assistent Verantwortlichkeiten: Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des Verkaufsaußendienstes Schnittstelle zwischen Customer Care Organisation und Kunden Proaktive Betreuung der Kunden bei Lieferverzögerungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Produktmanagment Unterstützung der Abteilung in sämtlichen Problemstellungen Aufbereitung von Analysen und Präsentationen gemeinsam mit den Business Analysten und der Business Operations Managerin Bevorzugte Anforderungen: Sie sind ein proaktiver und ergebnisorientierter Mensch mit einer Leidenschaft für Kunden- und Beziehungsmanagement. Sie haben eine nachweisliche Erfolgsbilanz im Vertriebsinnendienst und haben Ihre Quoten stets übertroffen. Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sind ein guter Zuhörer und Präsentator. Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit unternehmenseigenen Produktivitäts- und Webpräsentationstools und haben Erfahrung mit Salesforce.com oder einem ähnlichen CRM.
